Art Villa Ines is a family run villa in Zadar where original paintings, a lush Mediterranean garden and genuine hospitality come together. The house carries more than 40 years of tradition in tourism and still feels like a private home rather than a hotel.
Artwork painted by the owner fills every wall, so the interiors read like a small gallery. Outside, more than 100 plant species - olives, figs, kiwi, mandarins, palms and roses - create shaded corners where the day slows down.
Guests come for the pool, the quiet and the personal welcome, and stay within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and the historic centre of Zadar.

Borik, a quiet corner of Zadar
The villa stands in Borik, a green residential area known for its beaches and calm. Uskok Beach is about 1.1 km away, restaurants are a few steps from the gate, and the Old Town with the Roman Forum and the Sea Organ is around 2.5 km along the waterfront.
