The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is free for guests and is surrounded by a sun deck with loungers and beach chairs, pool towels and plenty of shade from the trees, while children have a shallow end and pool toys. Around it stretch the garden, the terrace, the patio and a shared outdoor lounge with comfortable furniture where guests read, eat and relax throughout the day.
All rooms and apartments are non smoking and air conditioned, with a private bathroom offering a bath or shower, bathrobe, slippers, free toiletries, hairdryer, towels and toilet paper. Inside you will find hardwood or carpeted floors, fresh linens, a wardrobe and clothes rack, a desk and seating area, a socket by the bed, mosquito nets, heating, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a tea and coffee maker.
Guest services include daily housekeeping, an ironing service at extra cost, baggage storage, express check in and check out, a tour desk, currency exchange, invoices on request, a wake up service, fax and photocopying, meeting facilities and a small convenience store on site. An airport shuttle is available at an extra charge, and the family speaks Croatian, English and German.

Fire extinguishers, key access and CCTV in the outdoor and common areas keep the property secure, and the temporary art exhibitions in the house are part of the experience.
