Yes. The outdoor pool is seasonal and free for guests, with a sun deck, loungers, pool towels and a shallow end for children.

Check in is from 15:00 to 23:00 and check out from 07:00 to 10:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

Uskok Beach is about 1.1 km, roughly a 13 minute walk, and the Old Town is around 2.5 km from the villa.

Yes, on request and at an extra charge. Zadar Airport is 15 km away.

Pets are not allowed and the whole property is non smoking. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.
